Is Internet Marketing A Saturated Niche?

Is Internet Marketing A Saturated Niche?

Because many of us start out online by buying various marketing info products either for our own consumption or to sell or give away from our websites, many people who are new to network marketing make the decision early on to create their own internet marketing product.
But considering the massive amounts of information that has already saturated the internet, is it possible that there is still a market for information products?
The answer to this question is yes. But in order to come up with a hit that hasn't already been worked to death by those who came before you, you would need to come up with a unique idea, or even a unique slant on something that is already floating around.
As long as new things are being created, there will be new opportunities to come up with unique products that will indeed sell, in spite of all the competition you may have to go up against in that particular niche. But, since there are so many topics that you can choose from, you might want to consider something other than one that is as flooded as the internet marketing niche, at least until you get some experience under your belt.
I know that many internet marketers will try to convince others that the niche is, in fact saturated because they don't want even more competition, but after you have been around for awhile and get some experience in other less saturated niches, you will be more prepared to take on the more difficult ones like internet marketing.
As long as there is a continued interest in a niche, there is a good chance that you can profit from it, so there really is no way for a niche to become fully saturated as long as someone can come up with that unique twist that sparks a new interest in it.
A good way to find out if you have a shot at being successful at a particular niche, or if it does indeed seem to be saturated, is to visit a product site like Clickbank and you can see how many products are available for the idea you have in mind.
If you find that there are 25 or 30 eBooks on the topic you have chosen, you will have to decide whether or not you can come up with something better or more interesting than what you see.
It can't hurt to go ahead and try something new, but don't spend all of your time and resources on any given topic until you see that it is going to take off. In fact, you may even want to get some campaigns going in several different niches to see which one is going to stick.
